Disgraced Former Penn State DC Jerry Sandusky (convicted child molester)

"Well, I always said I was going to wait until the verdict was in [to form an opinion], and I have to accept it," Brooks said. "I didn't want to... I wanted this whole thing to go away and not be true. We don't get those kind of wishes."

Funny, that's the exact attitude that allowed an entire community to rationalize and turn a blind eye Sandusky's behavior for years.

Still, not one person who played a part in this sad tale has come out and said, I failed. I should have done things differently. I feel miserable for what happened to innocent people because I didn't do enough."

The closest we got was Paterno's "With the benefit of hindsight..." remark. Unfortunately, the man who had that brief moment of clarity is not around to elaborate on it, and the people he left behind whose self-worth is tied to his football legacy are now trying to twist that remark into something other than a statement of regret. I actually read the other day where one person said that "With the benefit of hindsight, I wish I had done more" does not mean that he actually should have done more. It was explained that the hindsight was the key, and that since he didn't yet have the hindsight at the time the events occurred, Paterno couldn't have been expected to do things any differently. Incredible.

Sandusky and foster care. My personal experience of people I know who had foster parents is the system is nothing more than a money maker for foster parents and the kids suffer fom lots of abuse. In Sandusky's case, it looks like a way for Dottie to have kids and Gerry got what he wanted, also. :shake:

Nobody wanted the shit to run JoPa's way, so the lone interview was short(11 minutes) and scripted to not get Joe in trouble.

Absolute possible worst case scenario is true

Is what it is. My children, twins, and their graduation party today. a friend was one of the investigators on this case. there will be from 11 - 30 more victims coming forward. Sandusky had little asterisks behind the names of the victims.

Spanier, Baldwin, Curley, Schultz ,and Joe Paterno were all complicit in a cover up. Joe was mentioned in emails.

Sandusky was forced out and they all knew why. Bradley and Ganter perjured themselves on the stand. thank God they hired outside.

And my friend mentioned if he was not dead Paterno would be arrested. the BOT is right. Joyner is right, and Corbett is right.

It was as bad as the worst accusations. I know this fellow for fifteen years and trust him implicitly. I will answer questions from moderators in pms, but no one else. This stuff might or might not come out, but this person is privy to all the emails, evidence and such. He was actually on television last night when Sandusky came out of the courthouse.

I was at a function today where I had this conversation. I willl not respond more to this thread, only to moderators in pms with the promise of privacy.

dear god I hope this is true....since it's the only way to prove to these cretins that they're worshiping a false god.

I seriously doubt it.....but here's to hoping they can prove what we all know.

Not buying it. No offense to you irondoc.

But I can not, no matter how hard I try, envision JVP covering up sexual assault of children.

Re: Absolute possible worst case scenario is true

IronDoc, you are a good poster, that's why your post is worrisome. But if the emails are as implicating as you indicate, I can't understand why Spanier or Baldwin have not been arrested yet.

I also agree with the previous poster in that I trust Joe would have done the right thing.
What the OP says could be proven with emails and other damning evidence, and these lemmings wouldn't care. Fucking mutant pigbeasts. Fucking subhuman cult mentality. Napalm is the only hope.
