Diet-Fitness-General Wellness Your Thoughts?

I'm still happily plugging away at DDP Yoga. I've always been a big guy, and able to toss around a lot of weight at the gym-but I have never had this much core strength. I had more soreness at 23 than now at 39.

Do you even lift bro? Do you tuck your ipod into your bra while you listen to your "Best of the Lilleth Fair" playlist? Check your purse, you might have a coupon for tampons.

Seriously though, yoga absolutely wrecks me.

It wrecks me too, especially this version. I seriously doubt that I have lost much strength since I stopped lifting in 2014. Lifting like an offensive lineman at my age is a recipe for disaster.

I'm having some soreness in my right elbow, widely known as golfers elbow in this case. Anyone tried the Copper Fit compression sleeves that Favre hawks or have any remedy suggestions?

You might want to read this, severral people claim it is a "rip off": http://doesitreallywork.org/copper-fit-review/

Apparently it is just an overpriced compression sleeve, the copper fabric (per Tommy Copper) just helps stop odor: http://www.tommiecopper.com/faq/

If you really want to try one, Bed Bath & Beyond has one for $4.99....http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/copperwear-elbow-sleeve/3252499

Personally I'd try the stuff Johnny Bench and Richard Petty hawk:

video was so funny. My sister is a vegan, she was like this in the beginning. Looking at her I think many of her health problems stem from being a vegan for years. Her husband just had to have a quadruple CABG (bypass). He had a heart attack hiking the appalachian trail. The vegan diet didn't seem to help him much

Big issue I've found is Vegans don't supplement their diet with a lot of b12 rich foods, mix in that they ignore a solid amount of healthy fats and cholesterol - eggs for Christ sake.... It isn't the end -all be- all many in that cult community have come to buy into. I've heard such wild claims like "veganism reverses disease" and shit along those lines.

I lost my [Mark May] at the chair part. That was a classic video.

edit: I know 7 Vegan's personally... out of that 7, only 1 is the 'non preachy' type.

So while this video might be a stereotype, its a rather accurate one.
While we go on anecdotes, I have known plenty of vegans and none of them were preachy at all.

i have to admit this either makes me concerned for the company you keep, your veracity, or your friends.

I see I've struck a nerve.

Your assumption that all the individuals I'm basing my experience(s) off are friends and/or company is a bit....off.

Edit: this has little to do with veracity, most especially my own. However its clear those I've encountered whom belong to the vegan community hsve counterparts that have given a similar impression to many upon many a people.

Like any group, you'll find a handful of good eggs. Though many can be a bit overbearing. We should know, we're Buckeyes.
