Diet-Fitness-General Wellness Your Thoughts?

I also used Oxypro Elite for days 60-90 which I'm convinced helped burn some of the belly fat. I'm under 18% body fat now and I'm pretty sure that I started out much closer to 28%. I can't recall where it was, but that number sticks out in my head.

Just for clarification - before anyone runs out to buy this. Its summer and taking a thermo-genic in summer can be very, very uncomfortable. He was fortunate enough to start in the colder months.

I hadn't even thought about that. However, I'm sure that you're right.

Are you well versed in thermogenics? This was the first one I ever tried. Apparently, if you want some of the original formula Oxypro Elite, you better be running out to get it now as they are changing the formula.

Much like anything effective (synthetic) - there can be ingredients with adverse side-effects. Being that its its produced and sold as a supplement, people who shouldn't be taking it do, and have.

I was half a breath away from firing one of my personal trainers for recommending well over the dosage to one of his clients that was quite obese. An individual with a liver condition and had never taken any type of fat burner before.

I would like to point out, said trainer was hired by the administration before me.

edit: At least you were given a solid product your first time using a fat burner.

I should also note that the manager at the Vitamin Shoppe where I picked it up also told me 30-days at a time. No more. He actually said that you can probably use them for 60-days in a row but just to be safe, he said to go month on month off and on again if still needed. I appreciated his candor greatly.

I have finallt kicked my caffeinated soda habit. I did fairly well avoiding regular soda (by never buying any) but relied way too much on mountain dew in the mornings.

Have replaced it with coffee and am noticing that the coffee intake is much more voluntary and optional after a good night's rest. There was something about the loaded carbonation that beckoned to me even when I was not particularly tired. It is also nice to tone down the urgency of needing to use the restroom. I can drink six cups of coffee (usually only 2) and still have a mild need to do something about it later. Mountain Dew is like a tidal wave :p

I kicked the soda habit by doing water only and using MiO if I wanted something with some taste when I was eating.

Haven't had soda since late January! I recommend giving it a shot to anyone trying to kick the soda habit. (Not really directed at you, JWins, since you kicked the habit already)

Still losing weight, too. Had to buy new clothes a couple weeks ago. They're already loose. Went to a concert a few nights ago and bought a large fucking shirt instead of an XL and it fits great. It's really an addicting lifestyle in a good way once you get into it.

I had successfully kicked soda before, but I never really started feeling better until I kicked caffeine.

I do have an occasional soda (one or two a month) but it's nothing like it was before. It's amazing how before I was drinking Coke, Mountain Dew, iced tea - whatever I could get my hands on just to keep myself going. Now that it's not a habit though my body reacts to it completely differently. I bought a 20oz Coke last weekend when I was getting road weary on a long early morning car ride. A couple sips woke me right up, and I didn't even end up drinking the rest of the bottle.

I tried Mio and other water enhancers. I can see how those would work for a lot of people but they didn't for me. I can't stand the taste of aspartame and only a few flavors do a decent job of masking it.

Mio doesn't have aspertame. One of the reasons I use it.

Some flavored use maltrodrexrin (spell check) though.

Hmm... maybe it just tasted that way to me and I didn't bother to look at the label from that point. Across a few brands I had decent luck with a couple fruit punches and lemonades - it was hit or miss. Every strawberry-kiwi I tried did nothing to mask the artificial sweetener.

I've been using mio now for over a year. Stay away from the energy ones, doesn't do anything and the flavors stink. Regular mio is good enough. I drink at least 3 36-38oz nalgean bottles while at work. Only downside is I have to piss every 30 min. And I found you don't need to use a lot of it to get good flavor. Mio definitely got me drinking a lot of water again. I never had an issue with pop (maybe 1 a month?), just wanted more water
