Damn glad you specified it was for free. Otherwise you'd
Conveniently find my boot up your ass for paying such
Ridiculous prices.

But we can still be friends. :tongue2:

I saw in there C4 that I got at Vitamin Shoppe for $24 or something like that, it was $40 in GNC :shake:

Hilarious you mention that, a friend of mine told me how he
Bought C4 for 20% off and how much of a deal it was. ( at GNC)

For $10 less he could have had Jack3d - if he really wanted to save money
He could have just bought some 1.3 DMA & caffeine caps for half the cost.

haha, and unless i read it wrong when I was when there, he got 20% off for it cause he had to buy something else at their full price, cause I think they had a but 1 get something else 20% off or something like that

Vitamin Shoppe is the way to go IMO (at least between the two, dunno other places outside of grocery stores) My protein that I got there has almost twice the servings and it cost the same as the one I got at GNC

Well, he is a dumbass. So that sounds about right.

Edit. I can't remember the last time I bought supplements in store.

Are aware of.

Anyway. Had to take a small drive this weekend. Our HS
Alumni football team had a meeting, we have 3 games this year.
I missed all of last season living in DC. I'm kind of excited to be back.
I was offered either the starting CB or FS spot depending
On which I'd prefer. Decided to take safety. This means I'm going to have to kick Up my workouts a notch, again. I'm right around 180 and I'm in the gym Usually 4 days a week because of work and winter laziness. So I
Ordered some monohydrate, a reasonable gainer and Karbolyn.
Heaviest I've ever been was 192. I'm shooting for 190 in the next
4 weeks while focusing on strength training. So now I've gotta bust ass and do all the [Mark May] I hate doing... Squats, deadlifts and cleans.
I may need to buy new bars and dumbbells. These crappy Gold's Gym brand that I bought have moved so that the weights aren't centered.
