Petr Sykora and Sergei Gonchar sure as hell weren't healthy. Gonchar got hurt on a cheap shot by Ovechkin, missed some games and was no means 100% for the Wings. Sykora missed game seven in Detroit and Crosby got hurt during game, playing two shifts the last 30 minutes of play.

Well in Lidstrom's case it was a freak injury that I'm surprised he could skate with. The rest are sort of expected in the game.

I will be honest. I wouldnt shed a tear if the wings never made the playoffs again. I am so sick of them, they are startin to remind me of ND back in the day. all you hear about when someone mentions hockey is the damn wings. If any other team had 15 year all stars on their team, they would do the same thing
