Denard "LLL" Robinson (an excellent driver)

Totally, except Manziel isn't eligible to be on the cover......I would venture to say more people know Denard than they do Swope. But it seems like everyone in Texas has a computer, so Swope will probably run away with it.

EA should just bring back regional covers.

I know - I was responding to the statement that Denard is the "most marketable" player in college football. Not even close.

In fairness, Denard is a tremendous talent at the college level. Very good speed, very good runner and a threat to break away at any time. He is a very average thrower. The question is, can he translate that to the championship next level.

But still he is a Skunk-erine!

Very good speed, very good runner and a threat to break away at any time, yet was as durable as a wet Kleenex tissue. He is a below average thrower who could only arm punt when the WR was more than 10 yds down field. The question is, can he make it through a full game with out tapping out like he did in almost all of the big games he played in during his college carreer.

But still he is a Skunk-erine!

Apologies if it's already been posted.

Go to about the 1:00 mark - they're talking about comparing Detard with some of the better slot receivers in the NFL. They go down some qualities the NFL players have, and compare Robinson to them.

Word for word: "How about toughness? Wes Welker and Devon Bess are so tough. That kid is tough as nails." They go on to talk about the next quality... Are they referring to Robinson as being as tough as nails? REALLY?!?

 Yes, they actually said the kid was "tough as nails". They obviously never saw Dtard play in a big game.

Bingo. He was "tough" against the likes of Indiana, Illinois and Purdue. Against teams like Ohio State, Alabama, and Nebraska? Not so much.

Guess which group is more similar to the guys he'll (theoretically, of course) be lining up against on Sundays.
