Denard "LLL" Robinson (an excellent driver)

I ask this seriously, especially of the old-timers (Yes, Steve, you go back-a-ways): Has there ever been another player who better personifies the scUM whiny pussy, douchebag archetype (you know, the Michigan Man) than Denard?

Of course, Hart immediately springs to mind but he wasn't as flashy about it.

Denard Robinson may have cost himself millions and a a ring or two by insisting he was a QB. That kid in the slot is a lottery ticket for a team that knows how to use him.

If he was at a WVU, Clemson, Petrino-led Arkansas...dang.

I agree, but I have a hard time seeing him going over the middle like slots typically have to do. I think his softness will cost him more $$$ than playing QB in college.

I thought I heard on the radio that he was dead. Wishful thinking, I guess.

There are so many irrational statements on here. I hope the kids heals well and quickly. I want him to be 100% for the OSU-UM game. I do not want to hear that UM lost because they were "left-handed" in that game.

It is all the sweeter to taste the thrill of victory after the opponents have given their best, all for naught.

Tell me about it. In our first two years in the Big Ten we have victories over Ohio State and Michigan.

Oops, let me correct that - we have victories over Ohio State* and Michigan*.

* Note: Team's star player was unable to complete the entire game due to injury.

The only caveat we can possibly throw out there is that, against Michigan at least, our starting RB was out. But even that's a weak caveat.

Nebraska won both of those games fair and aquare. End of discussion.

As a Big Red fan, you may think of it as a weak caveat because you are not prone to excuse-making; but Burkhead is on a very short list of running backs who've gone over 100 yards against Ohio State in every game played against them. And one of those games was unfinished
