Not totally shocked. I thought he was a long shot to get reinstated given how hard he fought the first incident. It was going to be an uphill battle. Hope the kid continues to use this as a learning experience and has a bright future.

Just seems weird. Seems weird that you'd get a permanent ban for a party drug, for one thing. But also, if the rules were cut and dry, 2 offenses and you're out---why does the official ban come 4 months after the 2nd offense, and after an appeal?
