^^That looks like a purple suit... Yikes...

Let Keith take his visit and make his decision... We are positioned very well for this one...

And, if anything, ND's staff move could hurt them... Keith respects Bill Lewis a lot... Why do you think Charlie was insistent on stating in his presser that Bill would remain a part of the program, even though he won't be on staff?

I agree with Mendessa in respect to the preferred approach. I like that our coach does business that way.

However, I don't believe that is the most effective approach. Used car salesmen don't always do what is in the best interest of their customers, but used car salesmen make their living by closing the deal before you leave the showroom. Used car salesman do quite well with teenagers and in past years I believe we have lost recruits for precisely that reason.

This season may be a good test of whether JT has found a way to refine his approach without compromising himself.

and that's why I think I had those original questions about his approach b/c of the recruits we were missing out on. Maybe I should have clarified like you basically did for me. Still concerned about his approach for future classes but very happy about the kids this year that have bought into the family, and team first philosophy. I believe this collection of athletes coming in is something really special. They already have something that most teams don't build until closer to the start of the season, a lot of them have already formed great friendships. I think Wells is going to be the next on the list to be willing to buy into what Tress and the staff are trying to build. I'm sure his sincere ways don't hurt with the parents either.
