2024 DC DE Dylan Stewart (South Carolina Verbal)

He hasn't, but I'm pretty sure he's expected to commit this month.

I'm fully prepared to eat crow again if he lands Houston and keeps Stewart and/or flips Lightfoot back, but it's starting to feel an awful like the '23 class at DE.

Is it LJsr not recruiting well or losing out on these guys or is it NIL deals that places like USCe offer the player and their families at time?

A situation like this the optimistic side of me says given the school I lean toward up front NIL but if we allocated resources to him i lieu in lieu of a guy like Lightfoot then it’s irritating as hell to miss.

That’s a lot of if’s though so I don’t know.

I'm no insider, but everything I've read or heard is that Lightfoot was an NIL situation, but that Ohio State has their NIL ducks in a row for Stewart. Birm has said a few times on podcasts that LJ is magic when the kids are on campus, but he doesn't maintain the relationship well after they leave. Not to be discriminatory, but it seems like an age/technology thing.

It may be time for LJ to hang it up. Which sucks for me to say. Legend, but to run a program that competes for NC's you need a couple of these dudes every year.
