This is great to hear! I'm usually pretty cheap, and don't buy too many jerseys (especially when the player will only be around for a year), but I'll be buying a #2 jersey before next season.

Fuck cock shit balls dammit motherfucker asshole DAMMMMMMMMMMIT! I wanted you gone Jenkins! Gone!

Actually it's always a pleasant surprise when a potential first rounder comes back and shows the importance of a degree

Funny post!!!

It's even funnier for those of us on this side of the rivalry because we all know that whether Jenkins stayed or left, his presence or lack thereof will likely not change the bottom line outcome of next years version of The Game (Another Buckeye Victory: Fifth in a row!)

In other words, the Buckeyes didn't need Jenkins to come back for them to be able to win the Big Ten (again!) and beat Michigan (again!) next season!

But.....since we got him back.....all the better for us!!!!!!!

Go Buckeyes!!!!!!

It seems to have come full-circle. For those of you too young to remember, it was Cris Carter (#2 while at tOSU) prematurely signing with an agent that started the flow of Juniors to the NFL.

That incident happened prior to Cris' Senior season. He petitioned to be allowed into the supplemental draft, and was allowed in. From there, it was a small step to allow other Juniors (in eligibility) into the regular (April) draft. And that next, small step was taken almost immediately afterwards.

For a player with that number in S&G to have started it all (no aspersions on Mr. Carter at all); to then have a pair of guys in S&G to forego the opportunity that Carter's precedent afforded them seems to have a beautiful literary symmetry.

OK - gotta go. My wife hates it when I type while she's making use of the gigantic banana.
