been bangin' the phones all night...

Clifford said something in an Enquirer article previewing the Cardinal O'Hara game. I don't have the link but he said something like (paraphrasing) 'its an honor to play for all of Ohio in this event'


Clifford, by all accounts, will be a Buckeye. With 71% of the polls reporting, I'm going to call this a victory for TOSU.
If he pulls a Miami or FSU hat out of the bag, I'll wet myself. :biggrin:

Clifford to announce

Colerain safety Eugene Clifford, rated the state's top senior football prospect by some scouts, will announce his college decision Thursday night live on ESPNU (7 p.m.).

Clifford is down to Florida State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Tennessee and West Virginia.

My gut feeling is Ohio State, but Clifford wouldn't say when I called him a few minutes ago. We'll see what develops.
