Travis Howard in 2012? :wink: But I am very excited for a #7 at corner, definitely a HUGE privilege to wear that number at Ohio State and I have no doubts Webb is up to the task. Not really a "bold" prediction per se, but I think he is going to get a significant amount of PT this year, whether in the Nickel or boundary.

I see us as very thin at corner, and it seems likely that Damon Webb will get significant playing time, even if he does not become the starter. It is a long season (when you are participating in the College Football Playoffs).

I think the coaches knew that as well, and that's why we got 6 DBs in the 2015 class. But Webb looks like a pretty polished kid, but just needs game reps

whelp...with so much depth on this team and so much competition to get game day reps, it will never cease to amaze me how players still don't take care of all of the business to avoid things ike this. oh, well. next man up.
