I get it, but in reality that meme is on the screen on the device in OSU’s hand as we wince while biting the inside of our cheek at breakfast, metaphorically and actually relative to a real house-on-fire situation. And in our case it all really is fine.

I think he's already taken plenty of punches. This isn't the first bit of adversity he's faced here

Birm(I think it was him) mentioned that the threat is Northwestern. They're offering him essentially his own package where he can play offense and/or defense as well as special teams. And he would probably be a day 1 starter. He and the family are also interested in the NW degree as well

I cant blame the kid at all. The timing of the early signing period coming right after the end of the season (and subsequent coaching changes) is going to make for a lot of last minute changes and flips. I have no issue with him taking a step back, collecting his thoughts and making the decision that is best for him.
