That's the last play of the game and there are many more like it. They tackled Shazier when he shot the A gap earlier in the game.

Can you please send that to Hope with the caption. "Shut up asshole"

What a whiny bitch.

I love these sore losers talking shit. I always heard Urban holds a grudge. Next year, this team should be looking at a title run, and if every team we play has Urban pissed off for something they did this year...all the better.

Seems like holding is very rarely called these days. It's at the point where it's getting ridiculous. If the offensive man gets his hands on the defender first, they pretty much let you do whatever you want with that guy.

The last play of the game was a total joke. Spence was clearly held. I thought Howard was clearly held on that screen TD that put them up 20-14.. As I said, they don't call holding anymore unless you tackle the defender at the ball carriers feet.

And Im not saying our guys don't get away with it as well. Just seems overall, that excessive holding is fully allowable these days.

"I felt like (they) had a lot of hands on our jerseys and it made it tough to manufacture the pass rush," Hope said. "I felt like we should have been in position to put more pressure on their quarterback and sack their quarterback on that drive, and felt like we probably would have if we hadn't had quite so many hooks into our jerseys."

How about the "hooks" that Purdue had in our pass rushers? This jwins pic tells the tale from our persceptive. Deal with it Hope.

"I mean, we paid good money for this game and those back-stabbing refs let us down. You just can't get your money's worth anymore in this league. When we really needed them the most, they all swallow their whistles. I even brought my own spare and everything."

Am I the only one that sees the blatant block in the back here? Bottom left. I know it's an illegal block in the back because it earned tOSU a safety. I know it's a really bad thing to do because it earned tOSU a safety when it didn't even happen in the endzone.

You guys give Danny "False" Hope a break. He graduated top of his class at the Steve Spurrier / Lllllloyd Carr School of Whinning. He was the guy who actually coined the term "hooking and grabbing" among others.

False Hope thesis dealt with "Excuses, Blame Shifting and Finger Pointing."

He proposed that when you are an inferior coach you should always do the following to cover your......well you know:

1) Intimidate the Refs - Yell, Moan, Cry, and Whine at the Refs the entire game because psychologically one or two calls will go your way because the ref will feel intimidated or sorry for you.

2) Manipulation of the Facts - When your team gets spanked and you have a losing record throw out phrases like "Phantom Call", "hooking and grabbing" etc. as this will cause fans and media alike to think that your team got the raw end of the deal and it actually wasn't your inferior coaching that caused you to lose the game. It will cause others to think, "well maybe he was seeing something that I wasn't."

3) Blame Shifting/Finger Pointing - This is usually whoever is closest or most convenient to point to. The other team "got all the breaks" the players on his team didn't "execute as they were taught" or the Refs let "a lot of penalties go unnoticed." This blame shifting tactic takes the attention off the coaches poor performance and onto something, anything, other than one's own failure to win.

That's all.
