It actually is, or was, to some extent. A week ago, if you wanted tested, you had to have either recently returned from a hotspot or had direct contact with someone who tested positive or pay for it out of pocket.

There is no Government solution to the medical issues facing this country. No one knows how this ends. I was shocked no one had at the minimum an out line to handle this problem. If the Feds and States would have laid out what actions they might take at the start . People wouldn’t have been shocked when these actions are taken. To calm people they downplayed it till they couldn’t .,and it’s biting them in the ass.
