Great campaign. Now, the premise of it is fraud, as those "cut rate" companies will all still pay for car wrecks and collision if you obtain the coverage - the notion that only Allstate will pay a claim where you suddenly turn and ram into other cars is ridiculously misleading.
Allstate it the least likely to pay your claim. They never pay claims fairly, and you are more likely to wind up in court. I see trials where the Allstate driver admits they were in the wrong, the damages sought are not inflated, but the insured is there the day of trial bewildered as to why they are in court. They are there because Allstate wants to low ball all claims. Great idea on frivolous ones - make them prove it. Bad idea on valid claims. Judges hate Allstate wasting their time on good claims just because it is their corporate strategy.
