great quality on that vid, JO... still can't quite figure out where he was hit. Looks like the skate may have got him on his stick arm, but he doesn't try to move his left leg....

Hope he's OK.

i think he was cut between the goal pad and the pants. its hard to explain it but you can kind of see how it could happen with this picture... look at the gap by the right elbow. (you kind of have to imagine the gap but i think you can see how it could happen)

their is a gap between the two. from time to time you see a goaltender take a puck there and get a nasty bruise. sometimes they play through it sometimes the result is a charley horse and they get hooked/replaced.

I thought it kind of looked like he might have been stabbed/sliced right above the knee as Nash was falling down and his other leg was flying through the air.. Nash had a lot of momentum going the other way and his foot went right into that area on Ward's leg.

Actually, it looks like Ward is favoring his left leg. Maybe Nash's skate sliced his knee area on the way up.
