Colorado Buffaloes (official thread)

I also think he threw his RB, Hayden under the bus too. I was just about to post this vid and hope that he watched it too. Because the OL is so bad that they can't give a guy who is a clear starter at the P4 level time to even get 2yds. Deion has designed this team to allow his son to play hero ball every week. And the only other stars that can succeed are Hunter and Horn. Seaton is going to look terrible on film this year because the OL as whole is a mess

Bro just went ahead and threw the entire line and rb corps under the bus. And I bet the coaches say nothing to him about it. Fuckin clown show in Boulder.

I honestly feel bad for the administration because they went into their pockets to bring in this showman culture. When this experiment fails, it’s going to be with nothing to shoe for it all.

Anybody that drafts this fuck stick is out of their mind.
#1 overall pick, and they're going to dictate which teams will be allowed to draft him. I know because Deion said so

I'd say that no team wants any part of this shitshow, but you know somebody will be dumb enough. After all, somebody wasted the 10th pick on Spin Pass.

The NY Giants gave Daniel Jones an extension and paid him like $160 million or something like that.

They are definitely stupid enough to draft this kid.

NFL GMs are glad NBA GMs are around so they aren't considered the stupidest people on the planet....

Good day gentlemen....

Been a long while. Changed jobs, lost my father in law a few months ago, and had myself on a hiatus from posting on sport message boards.

But that time has changed.

Let me say a few things for my annual post over here with you kind folks....

First - my Huskers won their first two games for the first time in over 6 years. My youngest kiddo is 8 now for context.
These first two games have been surreal after so long it has been a long time coming for a while for people to get to this point, and we're enjoying life around Nebraska right now.

The game yesterday wasn't near their first game but they still dominated from start to finish. Here's what people are saying about the game last night:

1. People around here are being super cautious (but optimistic) with where this team could go, because of how things have panned out in years past.

2. That being said - most around here were not surprised on how last night turned out. Huskers should have beaten this team LAST year, but we had four dudes all season (quarterbacks) that were more about giving than taking. This same defense last year - in Tony White's first year - sacked Sanders 7 times and had it not been for turnovers, they could have won this matchup last year.

3. We saw that if you take Travis Hunter out of the picture, that this team goes from bad to worse.

4. Shedeur Sanders is overrated as a QB. Dude is undisciplined and relies on Hunter to bail him out too much, and Hunter was pissed at not getting the ball in good spots last night.

3. Travis Hunter is the best player in the NCAA right now, hands down, but the guy's talent is wasted by Coach Sanders. He should be playing on the offense only, and he got hurt slightly last night. He seems like a standup dude, has a 4.0 in school, and sounds humble whenever I hear him speaking. Saw him helping a Husker adjust his jersey last night after getting hit by the same guy. I feel for the dude.

4.a Deion Sanders is overrated as a coach at best starting out the season. After two games, he's just horrible to me. He doesn't develop players, he doesn't understand the X's and O's at the coaching level, he surrounded himself with brash personalities to match his own but doesn't know how to truly lead them. What I saw him do last night however, put him in a different D-Bag category for me.

4.b. After Shilo hurt himself, and Shedeur took the targeting hit, Deion Sanders showed that he only cares about his boys and none of the other kids. I mean, those are HIS boys, and I respect that, but check this out.....He said that the game was in hand already for Nebraska, so he pulled his son (after getting him hit 5 times last night). He didn't pull Hunter. He didn't pull Hayden, and he didn't pull Horn. By the end of the game, Hunter AND Hayden were hurt. That should tell you volumes about the kind of person Deion Sanders is as a coach. Cares about his kids, but screw yours.

4.c. Shedeur tried to come up with some faux drama about Rhule disrespecting his father or some BS. That never happened, and after the game, Rhule went to mid-field and asked Coach Prime if his sons were gonna be okay, and said he had them in his prayer. The guy that does that doesn't disrespect his opponents, me thinks.

5. The officiating crew from last night was beyond horrible. At first I thought it was a B1G crew, but I heard that the crew was one of the worst from the former Pac12. At some point in time, they were throwing flags just to throw flags, and I thought that the Fox officiating crew was about to come out of the booth and b**ch slap the white hat.

6. Colt McCoy needs to stay far...VERY far away from the broadcast booth. Listening to him sounded like listening to a dry piece of wood rotting slowly. At some point, someone asked him why the crowd got excited during a play, and he goes, "I don't know, I wasn't watching."

7. Warren Sapp. 0-2 against the Huskers now.

Kid is going to be a in for a hell of a wakeup call when Daddy isn't his coach anymore
