LSU -24.5

Their Defense started pretty poorly so it it was an early game, Colorado would put up about 24 of their own points while Joe had 500 yards passing and 6 TDs to break all the records again.
Yeah that 2019 defense did give up big points at times: vs Alabama, even vs Vandy.

CU can score some points especially if Hunter is playing on offense. I’d say 25 points is feasible especially with some garbage time scores.

2nd half of the year they gave up the yardage but started getting turnovers and giving it back to that Offense and that was just devastating.

Is it impressive, though? You bring any loudmouth "celebrity" into a position like that with an appetite for grifting, and you get the same thing. What he's doing for the sport isn't a good thing. Glorifying all this bullshit isn't where the sport should be headed.
I’ll say this in agreement about this hype being bad for the sport.

A lot of non-fans or casuals were probably hyped to see Colorado vs Oregon.

Anyone who has a brain and follows CFB knew what would happen. But a lot of other people would probably think CFB is boring based on the massacre currently on display.

I dont like his conman behavior much, but i was curious how his presser would go after a beating.

... and id say he handled it very well.
Still pompous "this is the worst we'll ever be so you better beat me now".
But he didn't blame any players. Stressed keeping morale up while learning lessons.
I did notice he seemed to blame execution rather than Xs and Os. I guess in a game with 80+ yards of penalties, that plays well.
But it's pretty clear they had no answer for Oregon in any phase of the game. It wasn't until his starters stayed in against Oregon's practice squad that they could move the ball.
Less than 100 yards offense in the 4th quarter while giving up 40+

I've never seen him blame players tbh. His shtick has mainly been to keep the attention away from media going after the players and going after him.
But let's be honest this game was circled as the most realistic first major L for him and CU. And USC will be another blood bath, we'll see how he can rally the troops after that. He has created quite the buzz which have many fans and media being unrealistic in their expectations, but they're a bowl eligible team at best
