Colorado Buffaloes (official thread)

I think they’ll lose to usc but after seeing the Trojans against a really bad asu I think Colorado has a better chance next weekend of making it a game

If they had Hunter, the possibility of a shootout existed. Without him, i think USC wins 56-35.
If they can't score on Grinch... yikes.

One thing I think that needs to be considered as well, Deion has done well with the portal to take Colorado from a terrible team to just a bad/mediocre one, but it’s a lot easier to go from bad to good than it is to go from good to great.

There are plenty of good teams in college football, or any sport, but only 1-3 elite at most.

So while Deion did make some good moves and 3 wins is 3x more than what they won last year, in truth, many halfway competent coaches can turn around a school that was a dumpster fire one season into a decent school the next (Mel Tucker at Sparty 2021, Brady Hoke won the orange bowl his first year at TTUN after years of rich rod failures, Gus Mahlzahn took over a 3-9 Aubarn and went to the NC game in his first season, etc). So while it is commendable what Deion has done with Colorado, it isn’t as unprecedented as the hype makes it sound.
