The Reynolds/Sorgi situation comes to mind. Majority of OSU fans were pissed at what Reynolds did, and were vocal about it. Somehow I don't see Domers doing the same.

Yeah, that was the incident that started me taking points off for Tress. Punishment did not fit the crime, in my imo.

To me, Reynolds should never have seen the inside of the Horseshoe again without a ticket. If you recall, Sorgi's throat was so damaged he had to come out of the game. I've always wondered just how much more pressure needed to be applied to have completely collapsed his windpipe.

No big surprise that the last news I ever saw about Reynolds was when the cops were called for him violating a restraining order from his ex-wife.

Definitely not a fan of that type of player.

I think OSU is still in, but it puts us in a much more precarious position in the deliberation room, IMO. If PSU wins convincingly...all bets may be off, depending on what else happens next weekend. If the rankings go as we expect them to, I think OSU can still stay in the top 4 pretty easily. If the favorites go down in the championship games leaving multiple 2-loss champions it gives the B1G a better chance at getting two teams in. If PSU wins convincingly they could get the nod as the 2nd B1G team.

Basically, unless chaos ensues and PSU beats Wiscy like the Bucks did in '14, I think OSU is pretty much a solid lock.

IMO it goes...

1. BAMA
2. OSU
3. CLEMSON
4. WASHINGTON

I just don't see how PSU is boosted over us seeing as they have 2 loses to our one and only 2 top 10 wins and we have 3.

Even if they wanted to put PSU in there's no way they put Washington in over us with that non conference schedule. Their best win will be against either Colorado or USC in the championship game which will give them 1 top 10 win to our 3.

We are in no doubt.

You know guys I didn't watch 1 lick of that PSU/MSU game and it's because either way it didn't matter. No matter who wins the championship game we are in and I'm at peace with that.

What's funny is scum is probably still ranked 5th after this week. So PSU will be no closer then they were today. Even if PSU wins they aren't jumping from 7th all the way to 4th.

They may not jump scum let alone us

Barring upsets in the CCG's it's between Pac12 and B1G CCG winners for that 4th spot.

I don't think that's fair, for the record, but I think that's what they are going to do. The part I don't think is fair is Clemson. They will have won a weak conference and have a terrible loss.

Exactly...3 top 10 wins and a loss to a 4th.

How could anyone punish us for losing once? Particularly if we get replaced by a 2 loss team. Boy how awesome will Pedo meltdown be if they win next week because they aren't getting in lol

Yeah, and one could make an argument that scUM is the best 2 loss team considering they beat both teams playing in the B1G championship. Hard to justify putting the winner of that even over them. Plus they beat Colorado as well ranked in the top 10

I have it the exact same way. Those are simply the 4 best in America baring a Washington upset in the title game.

PSU gains nothing in this championship by beating a team OSU has already beaten. Especially since OSU just beat a team they couldn't (scUM).
