Fuck Iowa, Fuck Stanford, Fuck Alabama, Fuck Choklahoma. Fuck all the new teams in the Big Ten that prevented an OSU/Iowa game, and Fuck Michigan.
They had 90 yards passing. In a collegiate game. Not a half. And nearly half of that was on 1 pass. So yes, it did have an effect. To say otherwise is silly.Lol.. Ya it was the weathers fault. That's why msu had no trouble with some throws
I don't think it did. If weather was a concern, Zeke should have gotten more carries. The play calling was bad, true. But it wasn't bad because of the weather, unless Beck is even more of an idiot than we give him credit for.I didn't say it was completely the weather's fault you imbecile, I said it clearly had an impact on play calling.
If you're clearly not even going to bother reading my posts then there's no discussion to be had really.Resorting to name calling already? Good discussion
Because there are allegedly 5 power conferences and only 4 spots. I really don't consider the Big 12 or the ACC as "power" conferences though. What is the point of having a committee of the playoffs are going to be all conference champions every year, regardless of their records?

Yes, especially when you don't play everybody in your conference....they will have to expand it sooner than later
Every major sport has realized that sometimes the conference winners aren't the best teams
My concern there is that it means a structural change to the regular season which has already been diluted by just a 4 team playoff.
Well this year it didn't matter. But assuming you're referring to Stanford if they would have gotten in, then yes. I think an 8 team playoff with the first round at the top seed's stadium will be great. Maybe 2 weeks after the end of the season. And to not force the loser to miss out on valuable bowl practices, you can have the losers face each other an additional 2 weeks later during the main bowl season. Imagine this:What is the point of having a committee of the playoffs are going to be all conference champions every year, regardless of their records?
I'm also very protective of the regular season, and worry about what eight teams will do to it.they will have to expand it sooner than later

I think 8 will remain integrity. 16 would absolutely obliterate the integrity of the regular season. And while of course there would be times where a team or two get in that don't deserve it, more often than not you'll need 2 or less losses.I'm also very protective of the regular season, and worry about what eight teams will do to it.
