Wait a second... how did I get a pick that high? I was all ready to draft 11th or 12th again :paranoid:

BKB, you can probable find last years thread about the league. We did kinda go overboard on our big rosters, but then again I thought it was fun.

BN27 - I can understand tweaking the number of starters and roster sizes. But you really thinking about tweaking the scoring? Thought that worked out nicely, or you think it was just a tad bit much?

FYI - Here was the scoring system last year... just a note, this was LAST year so everyone can compare any changes.

Passing, Rushing & Receiving TDs = 6 pts
Passing Yards = 1 pt / 20 yards passing
Interceptions = -2 pts
Rushing/Receiving Yards = 1 pt / 10 yards rushing
Fumbles = -2 pts
TD Length Bonus Pts
40 Yrd Passing TD = +3 pts
80 Yrd Passing TD = +5 pts
40 Yrd Rushing TD = +4 pts
80 Yrd Rushing TD = +6 pts
40 Yrd Receiving TD = +3 pts
80 Yrd Receiving TD = +5 pts
99+ Yrd TD = +10 pts

Kickers
PAT = 1 pt
Missed PAT = -3 pts
FG 0-39 = 3 pts
FG 40-49 = 4 pts
FG 50+ = 5 pts
Missed FG = -1 pt

Defense/Special Teams
Special Team/Defensive TD = 6pts
Punt/Kickoff Return Yardage = 1pt / 10 yards
Interceptions = 2 pts
Fumble Recovery = 2 pts
Blocked Kick = 2 pts
Safety = 2 pts
Points Allowed
0 = 10 pts
1-6 = 8 pts
7-13 = 5 pts
14-20 = 2 pts
21-27 = 0 pts
28-34 = -2 pts
35+ = -5 pts

thanks for the input.

I'm definately changing the roster size. Scoring might get a tweak too. What does everybody feel about the bonuses? Were they easy to calculate? (i just stopped trying after the 4th or 5th week)

So BN, when are we going to hear your ideas about the new rules and timetable for everything. Also, what are you thinking on how to do the draft? Do it online here at BP with a timelimit for picks? Or the chat option we used last year?
