That, and you better hope to keep your class intact. The ESD is going to screw a lot of new coaching hires.

That is a small concern too, but I think we'll be okay there. Kirby is very good at recruiting and keeping classes together. More worried about the short-term effects for the CFP than that.
If that happens, I might need BKB to "accommodate" me in the deactivation of my profile on Jan 1, 2022.

Duke hires Texas A&M defensive coordinator Mike Elko as head football coach
Duke has hired Texas A&M defensive coordinator Mike Elko as its next coach, the school announced Friday.
Elko, 44, spent the past four seasons with Texas A&M after coordinator stints at Notre Dame, Wake Forest, Bowling Green and Hofstra. He had been a candidate for several Power 5 head-coaching opportunities in recent years.
