easier to get into LSU than USC, also no other in state schools to compete with.

also (in current state of football), LSU will get the benefit of doubt over USC if both have similar records for last playoff spot. fair or not is a different argument.

But is there any real difference for football players? I remember seeing a list of PAC SAT scores in the wake of Rosen's comment on the subject, and they had Stanford football players averaging around 1070...or 300 points lower than the average freshman.....at Ohio State. Also remember the Northwestern QB that was leading their unionization effort saying that there was zero chance of him getting into NW as a normal student.

can’t answer that on to be honest.

i’m just repeating talking points of schools out west and their standards.

I suspect Rolovich will file a lawsuit. His case may be different than the one the Supreme Court decided because his employment was governed by a specific contract. He was not an at-will employee like most.Employment contracts typically define what qualifies as cause. That is what the fight will be over.

I'm going to guess that his contract doesn't say a thing about vaccines but does says something about the necessity of remaining eligible to be a state of Washington employee.

In any event, this will go about as far as all those thrown out lawsuits by parents who wanted to send their kids to school without measles shots.This is about positioning himself to be a political martyr and then cashing in on it.

The problem with "sincere religious beliefs" is they have to, you know, be sincere. WSU had a detailed questionnaire as part of the religious exemption request. Rolovich probably took other vaccines previously, so for him to turn around and say the COVID-19 vaccine is against his religion is going to be a stretch.
