NFL rules. Clay Mathews gets a flag thrown on him every time somebody plays that clip. Probably why it's so hard to find.....he's got a team of people trying to scrub it from the internet so he doesn't get any more15 yarders.

I repeat it ad nauseum hug your QB don’t bend don’t lower your shoulder ..hug don’t land on or throw them down. It sucks but pass rushing needs to be taught this way.
