Definitely deserves it but I think he's willing to be patient. I'm sure he had his fingers crossed Franklin was going to be a goner.
Tom Arth is a name to remember - currently HC at John Carroll, DIII but he's steadily taken that program to new heights. They beat Mount Union this year, they are now in the semi's and look headed for a matchup with Mount Union now in the finals if they can get through. He's 36, NFL background, very smart and well spoken guy....if he doesn't move to a MAC school soon I could see him making way as a QC coach in the NFL or even OC
