I'm glad this season at least taught me one thing - when Tito is done managing, there is no way in hell Sandy is the guy. So at least we got that decision out of the way since you have to imagine he would have been the favorite.

Clearly Lindor will be traded, and with Brad Hand having a one year club option at 10 million, so he will be an easy trade piece. The top 4 closers make over 16 million and are all older, other than tonight was great, and in the open market would probably pick up 15 per, at least, in a 'normal' year.

Even though Bieber isn't arb eligible, sign him to a long term deal ASAP. Next year if another solid year out of Plesac and Civale, sign them to a long term deal. This is a team that has McKenzie, Logan Allen, Scott Moss, and keep an eye on Joey Cantillo....front office loves him.

Does Quantrill get his chance as a starter? Indians have a ton of pieces that could command big returns so I certainly don't see a rebuild coming, but good god lord almighty get some f'n OF help. Naylor is the only OF piece who has potential, sorry to Delino Jr, Naquin, Mercado, and whatever Hills Have Eyes rejects also were out there.

It staggers the imagination that this franchise has learned so well in some areas (developing starting pitching) yet they are still sending out rotting corpses into the outfield like they did 10-12 years ago. Their smartest guy in the room notion that outfielders are all interchangeable has had just as much success as Farmers dumbfuckery about WRs, and deserves just as much derision.

I mean this group is technically interchangeable on the merit that they all suck.

You underestimate the Indians ability to fuck up trading Lindor.
