I know that I am in the minority but I disagree with your post. I do not see anything that Tito does that any other manager would not do. In fact, other managers seem to make changes but Tito seems to think that he is still managing the Red Sox. He seems reluctant to change. You say that this team is not a particularly talented one but they still win. I think almost any manager could match Tito with the pitching that he has.People are gonna miss Tito when he's gone. The guy wrings every ounce of success out of whatever he has. This is not a particularly talented team, on offense at least, and they're still winning.
This team has a few select top notch players and the rest are bums but they are somehow getting enough out of the bums to look like they can at least take a wildcard spot in the end
