and just think we have Swisher, bad knees and all, for at least 2 more years, Bourn for two more years, Rayburn for another year along with Murphy and we have a glut of young pretty good middle infielders that will probably sit in the minor leagues while this team continues to get worse. Chis certainly is showing his true colors and that is not good.. Kipnis is signed for 4-5 years and has a very poor ranking when it comes to range for a second baseman.

Probably just means they're going to call up Jesus Agular on Sept 1 and not wait until the playoffs are done for the Clippers. Apparently didn't want to start the dominoes falling by bringing someone up from Akron, since they're in the playoffs, etc.
