The division is in such a terrible state that they could pretty much keep this immensely flawed team static and still probably win it by 8-10 games, but if they want to have any chance at not getting worked over in the postseason, some bullpen upgrades and probably another starter are needed.

Put Tomlin as your long reliever if you're too sad to cut him; bring up Plutko or Bieber. Bieber (Shane, not Justin) is crushing it again this year.
