Kazmair is maddening, I have to say...he is pitching much better than he started, has come a long way since the Houston fiasco, and "looks" like he is pitching well in terms of individual pitches...yet you look up and he's given up 4 runs in 5 1/3 again and his ERA is still close to 6. He's close...but not there it doesn't appear.
