All I will say is I wish they did this move 10+ years ago when they could have gotten Pedro Martinez for Jaret Wright :smash:

But I will say this, I'd rather trade for the ace then hope a prospect turns into an ace.

And if the prospect turned into an ace, we'd just trade the fucker anyway right when they get good...I'd rather have a window to win, even if narrow, than yet another window to firesale.
