Now with your buddy Sizemore injured that probably blows up any trade name might have been thinking about with his salary.
Well, that was just a matter of time. The guy needs to play in bubble-wrap.

As far as "trade value", well, one...they would never trade him, so not sure how this effects that in any way, and two...nobody wants an overpayed, injury plagued, .220 hitting CF, so again, not sure how this latest injury has any effect on any moves they may or may not make.

this is a huge series for the tribe...we HAVE to win this series...checking out Detroits schedule, the hardest teams they face the rest of the year is 4 games with the angels and 3 with texas at home, and they have a 4 game series @ Tampa....the rest of their schedule is vs oakland, KC, baltimore, twins, white sox and the indians...that is it...for the indians the rest of july is not too bad, with 3 games at home vs chicago, angels and KC...then august starts off brutal...4 games @ boston and 3 games @ texas followed up with a big series vs detroit at home....we have to end july on a good note...13 games are left in july...i would love to see us go 9-4....7-6 might be more realistic but it is crucial we play well to end july since our schedule is alot harder then detroits is

The Indians are eyeing a starting pitcher as well as a bat, and are in the group that's inquired about the Dodgers' Hiroki Kuroda, along with the Tigers, Red Sox, Rangers and Yankees, according to American League sources. Kuroda has a no-trade clause, complicating matters a bit. But it's interesting that AL teams view him as someone who could make the switch to that league seamlessly.

also ive been looking for the new away jersey the tribe wears and finally found a website that has some for a reasonable price for those who are interested

i hope so....although we are playing the twins who aren't a offensive juggernaut...but we need a left handed arm in our rotation

We definitely need that ability to throw off a team with matchups once a series.

Damn, Matt Capps comes from the Chad Durbin school of being the Human Shtoink
