Cleveland Indians (2011 Season)

You know, Manny Acta deserves a ton of credit for having this team playing as hard as they have this year and remaining competitive with a roster with a fraction of the talent of most others, but some of his decisions are mind boggling. Mostly the continued use/employment of Chad Durr-bin. I mean, what sane person thinks it's a good idea to put him on the mound in the 9th inning of any game...regardless of score?

Anyway, nice outing by Huff.

The Twins are trotting out a dude named Scott Diamond making his MLB debut....he was 4-8 with a 4.70 ERA in AAA

meaning he will probably go 7 scoreless against us
Mows the first six down with little resistance. It's uncanny how this team is unable to solve the dregs of AL starting pitching.

If I could pitch against the Indians 32 times a year, I could be an All Star.

Brantley doubles to make it 2nd and 3rd with 2 outs.

Acab swings at a first pitch. :shake:

I know he's out MVP, but he has some baffling at bats every once in a while.

edit- guess it was a well hit ball. Don't get to watch. Oh well.

jesus christ....so much for hits....1-2-3 in the 4th with little effort, Orlando Cabrera* hacks at the first pitch and flys out to end the inning after Hafner and Smooth easily ground out......my prediction of 7 scoreless for this dude is looking good
