Well it's not like OCab is exactly Roberto Alomar or Craig Biggio out there...

i agree...i think management obviously thinks if they bring kipnis up, then he should play everyday...o-cab would demand a trade because he would not play backup...so we would be left with Kipnis and Valbuena at 2B the rest of the year...and if we made the playoffs, having o-cab's experience would help....but whatever im just sick of seeing o-cabs offense...he needs to suck it up and allow other players to split time with his old ass....

in other news gomez will start sunday and either Huff or Mcallister will get the start Monday

Not to dispute your theory, but...what the hell grounds would OCab have for demanding a trade? Wasn't he signed to a one year deal? He just got here, it's not like he has a great deal of clout in the organization...

Glad to see the kids pitching, we need to get guys for the stretch run...Talbot is not one of them.

ya im not sure if it was a one year deal or not...if so he wouldnt have the grounds to demand a trade...i guess in my mind i always pictured o-cab as a whiny bitch because he played for the reds, so i assume he would demand to be traded....im probably wrong

the Indians
television announcers have said more than a few times that he is a good guy in the clubhouse so I don't think that he would demand a trade. Probably would not like playing second fiddle but I don't know about demanding a trade.
