Pretty fair deal, by MLB standards, all the way around imo.
Tribe is buying 3 FA years, and possibly a 4th, at a discount. Player gets 9 guaranteed figures now for giving up the bigger potential payday later.
If he totally blows ass they are going to regret it but they have a pretty good track record of these types of signings (I think).

Opening day is here finally.
Nothing like a west coast trip to start the season. 10PM EST start in Seattle tonight. Thankfully i'm on the west coast and won't have to stay up till midnight to watch the whole game.

FYI guys, I drafted Ramirez and Karinfuck for my fantasy team.
Ramirez will go hitless for the remaining few games he's healthy in 2023. That psycho hillbilly reliever will just stay as he already is and be too fucked in the head to even feel pain.

Its only 1 game but the offense showed the same problem as last year. If they get baffled early they just start hacking at anything and everything.
