I believe Karinchak has options remaining. They need to send him to AAA to try to unscrew himself. But they will probably keep trotting him out there to be a mess at least a few more times before they do.

FYI guys, I drafted Ramirez and Karinfuck for my fantasy team.

Ramirez will go hitless for the remaining few games he's healthy in 2023. That psycho hillbilly reliever will just stay as he already is and be too fucked in the head to even feel pain.
