I actually love this hire for the Cavs. If you told me I could have my pick of coaches from the college ranks, I'd have Jay Wright and Beilein 1A and 1B. Sure, Beilein is a little long in the tooth but the guy can coach his ass off and has shown a constant ability to adapt to his personnel. Now it's a matter of getting lucky in the lottery/nailing player evaluations to give the guy some horses with which to work.

So Beilein can coach? He’s gonna take this gaggle of cock puffers and start to turn them around by adapting to personnel? There is no personnel. If he adapted to this personnel, the whole team would be riding pine at tip-off. Five versus zero. That’s adapting to this personnel. “You fucking suck so go sit. You fucking suck so go sit. I’m gonna have you all doing what you do best. So you suck too, go fucking sit.” And if they ever got personnel, by that time, Beilein will retire and the next epic fail of a coach will fuck it up. So who fucking cares?
