Smart flopped...and then his chin flopped.
There was very very slight contact with the right elbow, he knew he would have to sell it when the left came and he did. Still a flop. What kills me is there are two correct calls to make on that play. A block on Smart, or if they were sold on the head jerk then a technical on Bron for contact to the face. Either could have been argued. I hate it when I see a ref make the absolutely wrong call, because it's the 'middle' of the road call. See this shit all the time and I'm sick of it. There couldn't have been a charge because Smart wasn't in guarding position to take a charge.
