It isn't just about the value of the Cavs for Gilbert. How much money does his casino make when they bring 1.3 million people downtown for a parade or hundreds of thousands for games out of town? Gilbert is probably hoping that he can build enough goodwill over the next handful of years to keep the numbers up for the next rebuild. He can't sell because Cavs success bumps his bottom line a lot more than any luxury tax.

Some people talking about Cousins and McLemore for Love and Shumpert. I'm ok with that and Love probably would be also. He gets to go back home, championship in hand, and be the man once again. Depends if Cousins can get on the Bron train and act right or not. Would be a nice Big lineup to go to and battle San Antonio well for sure.

I think the NBA should reduce its regular-season to around 20 games to let the players get in "shape" then just let Cleveland and Golden State play for the championship. I guess I know now why I never enjoyed the NBA since a salary cap was implemented.

We have nothing to trade unless they just want out of the contracts, I don't know than any of them are worth their salary. Cavs really just need another big that can defend true centers in case they end up against Howard if he finds a time machine.
