Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

GREAT to see Big Z get the recognition he deserves. One of the real "good guys" in NBA history.

So, the scuttlebutt is that the Cavs are going to go hard after Love or Aldridge in the offseason in order to lure Lebron back to Cleveland. LBJ, Kyrie and Love? Any Cavs fan would love that.

The butthurt would have to just go away with the championship run.
It ain't happening. No way LeBron is coming back to "flyover country."

But, yes, I suspect if he were to do it, winning would cure all. Plus, his camp would put on the hard sell about the hometown boy coming back to make good.

Still...ain't happening.

I really have no idea if LeBron is coming back to Cleveland, but honestly he would be smart if he did. He wants to cement his legacy and maybe pass Jordan as the best ever, winning a ring in Cleveland, the city of sports despair, would surely have him knocking on the door. He can win 8 rings with stacked teams, it won't mean enough to be in Jordan status.

I doubt he comes to CLE though. We aren't that fortunate.

When there's constant smoke.. one must assume there is fire
How many times does it come out that this team doesn't operate as a team... but individuals who don't play in the spirit of a team
My first thought is that this has to be a coaching flaw...
Jackson handled it.. Auerbagh handled it.. Popovich handled it.. Doc Rivers handled it..
or did they get lucky and the players they had adjusted
dunno.. then I wonder if it's unfixable and selfish players
Is it Waiters? Is it Irving?
When you have Leng upset and speaking about it.. it HAS to be fixed

Deng: "The goal is to make the playoffs, but it’s not all of us doing it individually. We’re a better team when we...do it together.''
Could Shaw have fixed it?
Do you have to replace the coach or the player?

I actually like David Griffen.. but this isn't very cosmic... more like.. THE BLATANT OBVIOUS

via Cleveland.com
Specifically, Griffin said the Cavaliers need to be bigger, have players with a higher basketball IQ, better shooters, and tougher players.

we could use that line in most any case.. so I'll fix it for him..

i am done with kyrie.

guy hasn't found the weight room yet and ain't gonna.

doesn't want to put in the work to stay healthy.

max contract players don't lose 2 out of 3 games they are able to suit up for.

not that i would make the trade, but old cav point guard andre miller looks as valuable to the team as kyrie does to me anyway.

if i could get a top 3 pick this year, good riddance.

if it is pre draft lottery and I can get a top 4 chance at a top pick, done.

if i can't get a top 3/4 shot this year, i take a lotto pick this year and some future unprotected pick(s) and still make the deal.
