Who drives the tank?

Impressive night for Dion though. Unfortunately their is a guy at his position who has proven to be even more lethal than Antawn Jamison.

Before you criticize Scott, whom I don't think is great by any means, I suggest you take a deeper look at what the Cavs are trying to accomplish in 2013.

We should be rejoicing in tonight's loss as the Hornets and Bobcats won.

Dude I am pro tank lol I understand the future plans and I agree with them but you don't do it at the expense of your rookie, especially on a night he played well.

You made my point. We are getting too good and ruining the plan. It is up to the coach to sabotage the game.

If this is happening next year with our fourth top 5 pick I will understand the frustration.
If you want to throw games then do it at the expense of irrelevant role players. Not core pieces.

But I'm not convinced this was a tank job...I think Byron just sucks with his rotations/substitutions.

We will see in a couple years when we're ready to take the next step. Hopefully he doesn't blow playoff games pulling the same shit he did tonight.

I'm certainly not a basketball coach, but I think Ellington, who was a first round draft pick, and can be a lights out 3 point shooter, may be a better fit as a starter with Irving. Waiters coming off the bench as "the man" and running the reserves may work very well. Bare in mind, I'm a huge fan of Waiters, I think he will be a great player this time next year.

all you have to do is look at waiters 6 turnovers, and luke ridnour's stat line to see why waiters got the hook. it was a teaching moment, plain and simple. if this team was competing for anything outside the number of ping pong balls in the lottery, then maybe this would be an issue.

This. This year will be the last year that the tank will be accepted and they will need one more good pick and a big time FA after next season to get where they want to be. Even without a FA they will be a lower playoff team next year baring injuries. I think Grant has shown to be a pretty good judge of talent and we'll see how Scott coaches next year when wins are on the line. Right now they need to take every teaching moment they can get especially if it can keep a win or two off the record.

I'm going to the game tomorrow so I'm hoping for a good game.
