He seems to have developed at least one, legitimate offensive move he didn't have last year. To me, this shows progress is being made, he could end up being better than the NBA average big. He's only 21, he should still be in college.

Here's an interesting one; the Cavs could end up trading Speights. At 25 years old, making 4.5 million, Speights has to be more attractive than Andy who is close to 30, making 8 million. I was just getting to like the guy.
