I don't think Stefanski is that bad of a coach especially when compared to all of the other coaches the Browns have had. I would judge him more of how he did with Flacco last year than how he's done with other QB's that don't fit his system. His biggest problem is he was saddled with the other two and a GM that hasn't done a good job of bringing in talent. Berry has made 1 good pick since he's been in charge of the draft. As much as Browns fans would like to you can't fire the owner.
