Cleveland Browns (Finally drafting Buckeyes)

This can only help.

Why would this team consider tanking with the best roster they've had in years. Some of you guys make my head spin. They made the playoffs with half a qb last year. I don't like the DW contract nor him as a person, but there's still potential for him to show up as something productive, even if it's not up to the expectations that accompany his paycheck. This aint the old Browns so drop the old pathetic doomsayer drama. Good players WANT to play here and tanking would crush that momentum immediately.

And.... VRABEL!!!! Add his fire to Schwartz' piss n vinegar and I expect this D to be quite nasty.

So Jerry Jeudy has picked a Twitter fight with Mark Schlereth and as usual comes across like an entitled punk diva. This after he has previously picked fights with Shannon Sharpe, Steve Smith and others. He has the maturity of an 8 year old. I wonder why the Broncos let him go for a 6th rounder. He has never had a 1000 yard season, and averages 3 touchdowns and change per year. He will be another Browns bust.

You're not wrong, he can be very immature.

But the talent is there. I've charted snaps for 5 games at the start of this past season, there were a couple opportunities more per game that were just missed. Including, by my count, 2 more TDs that should have been put up, if Russ could have more consistently found him.

I get JJs frustration in Denver. That said, he's going to also have to grow up because the ball ain't coming your way *every* time either.

Chubb went down in the 2nd game of the year...it was air-centric since that point on, of which they (Watson & Flacco) played about the same amount.

YPC for Watson - 10.6
YPC for Flacco - 13.1

That's a significant difference, especially given the substantial difference in playbook familiarity.

I wanted to let you know, I haven't forgotten about this and I have a detailed response to you I'm working on. One that charts the difference in target depth percentage, personnel groupings and route combinations. Because going off of straight YPC without further context was a head scratcher until I started watching more.

I don’t disagree with the talent. There is no shortage of WR divas in the league, but this guy is not Randy Moss, Odell Beckham or Ocho Cinco. And every week there was some off field distraction from this guy running his mouth to his teammates or on social media. He is pretty far on the locker room cancer spectrum, and it only takes one to screw up a team’s chemistry if he is allowed.
