I've said a few times that the quality of games in the NFL gets worse every year. I'm convinced it's because of the head coaches. These guys are getting hired too young and without paying their dues because every team just goes of and hires the "hot coordinator" and that results in shit like we just saw. Just brutal.

Maaaaaan...it was a duel in stupidity.

With just over a minute left, the Chargers go for it on 4th down IN THEIR OWN TERRITORY WITH A TWO POINT LEAD. And they threw the ball. They didn't convert. That's right...instead of pinning the Clowns deep in their own territory with no time outs, they went for it. Never seen anything like it.

Not to be outshined, Stefanski takes this gift and instead of getting his kicker in better position to win the game, throws 3 passes, including a bomb towards the end zone, not running Chubb once and leaves his rookie kicker 54 yards out, which predictably he misses.

I've never seen such a sequence of stupidity. Both coaches should be fired in the locker room.
