Haha, I had a laugh too. When was the last time the backup called his shot?

I’ve heard that the Colts are interested in him though, also seen reports that the Browns will have no trouble moving him. I say that like I have any clue. Just parroting some combination of 97.1, Dan Patrick, Rich Eisen, Pat McAfee, PFT and all their guests.

They might have had too to get him to waive the no trade clause. But giving him a new contact at this point especially with all that's hanging over his head and him not proving it he's still great on the field is risky as hell

Of course he does. Colts have a badass running game and Oline where his limitations can be hidden as a passer.

They still have a ton of draft picks this year. I wouldn’t be surprised if they packaged a couple with Baker to get back into the first round. If they’re making this investment in Watson, they are going to need more playmakers. On rookie contracts.

That’s just me speculating though. And I’m an idiot.

didn’t the Rams just prove this theory wrong?

If your willing to go for broke. Go for broke don’t half ass it.

The sexual assault charges are horrible but as others have pointed out the browns have looked the other way before and every fan will look the other way because winning “cures all”

I’m one of those who points out the looking the other way. I was pretty critical of them signing Hunt (and others). I wasn’t here on BP then, but I hated it. I’ve spent the better part of two decades shit-talking the Steelers and Big Ben. Now I have some decisions to make.
