Defense needs to be a 4-3, that’s all I care about...we don’t need another round of Mingos

Phillips ran more of a 4under in Denver with almost the same personnel they had previously. What matters to me is they recognize some of the talent, retain it, and work with a DC who sees our roster built for 1gap play.

Last thing I want is them trying to run that ENT bullshit under O'Neil, asking our lineman to put on 30 pounds, not play shades and then watch the backers have lineman in their face every down.

I mean....it's the Browns. Take one for the team and separate the Patriots and their OC. It's not going to work out, whoever you hire. Might as well do the world some good.
